Yes we have ample free parking on site for our tenants and your clients on a first come first served basis.
Yes we have 24/7 access. Our reception is manned Monday – Friday 9am-5pm ex bank holidays, each tenant gets their own access card and front gate code on move in day.
Facilities included are; free access to our meeting room up to 2 hours per day, free tea & coffee, use of relaxation/break out areas, bills included, breakfast each first Monday morning of the month, pizza and drinks last Friday of the month (subject to covid19 guidelines), free parking, 24/7 access, vending machine, coffee machine
Yes we have meeting rooms which are free to use for our tenants up to 2 hours per day. Call us to discuss using our rooms for your meetings.
